For this specific order, we exceeded expectations to fulfill the customer's exact specifications. Throughout the technical design and manufacturing phases, OUCO ensured the following:

  • All secondary welding components, such as pipe clamps and flat irons for wiring, underneath through polishing for a seamless finish without any air holes.

  • The surfaces of all purchased crane parts, including the electric control box, cables, and oil pipes, were meticulously cleaned to eliminate any traces of paint or oil stains.

  • Processed parts, such as exposed grooves, flange surfaces, and shafts, were coated with dura-coat anti-rust oil to ensure superior protection.

  • Each shipped part was thoughtfully wrapped in dust-proof material to safeguard its integrity.

  • To prevent collisions, plywood or cardboard was added to the matched flange surfaces.

  • For enhanced durability, a corrosion-resistant paint was applied with a substantial thickness of up to 300um.
