The hydraulic hatch cover is designed and manufactured according to customers' requirements, meeting standards set by SOLAS, CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, BV and other classification society.

The hydraulic hatch cover has hydraulic-electric operation, monitoring and indication of cover's availability status, such as if it's open, closed, locked, or unlocked, and hydraulic and electric system failure alerts. The structure of hatch cover is made of ship steel plate, other components are made of high strength material or stainless steel, and the gasket is made of neoprene. Components of the hydraulic hatch cover are made of domestic or internationally known brands. Electronic components are from Schneider Electric or Siemens, and electric equipment protection class meets open-air mounting requirements. The protection code is not less than IP56.
